Cilantro is commonly used in Latin-American and South East Asian cuisine. Its dried seeds are called coriander. Cilantro is frost hardy, and, left to flower and produce seed it is a favourite of beneficial insects. Direct seed in spring through summer, in full sun, thinning to 2-4″. Days to maturity: Leaves 50-55, seed 120. (approx. 150 seeds/pkg)
